Refund Policy

  • Full Payment Requirement
    All reservations must be paid in full at the time of booking. Refund eligibility is determined strictly according to our retention rules.
     

  • Refund Eligibility

    • Refunds are only applicable when a cancellation qualifies for a return of any portion of the paid amount.

    • If a booking falls under a non-refundable period or condition, no refund will be issued.
       

  • Refund Processing Timeline
    All eligible refunds will be processed within 10–15 business days from the date the refund request is approved.

    • Refunds will be issued using the original method of payment.

    • Processing time may vary depending on banking or payment gateway timelines.
       

  • Non-Refundable Situations
    Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

    • Cancellations that fall under 100% retention or non-refundable terms

    • No-show, early departure, change of dates, or partial reductions in booking
